We want you to be happy with our SAVAGE DOLLY products, just like we enjoy making them. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY ( READ THIS TO SEE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN / EXCHANGE)
We accept returns within 21 days for all items purchased online , except for items discounted by 20% or more. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions:
. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition.
. Items must be unworn.
. Items must be in their original packaging.
. Items showing signs of pilling may be denied.
. Items with markings or stains will not be accepted.
. Items with strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.
. Accessories like jewellery and bags cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Our 21-day warranty does not cover regular wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse or accidents.
If your product meet our return conditions, our team will provide store credit to the email associated with your order, excluding shipping costs.
Store credit, coupon codes, or gift cards remain valid for one year from the date of issuance.
ITEM MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER / RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM / RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you got the wrong item, something is missing from your order, or an item is damaged, please contact our support team at Savagedolly0@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us a message, and we’ll help sort it out.
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
Any items discounted 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items discounted less than 20% are welcome to be exchanged within our 21-day policy provided that all return conditions are met.
